How it works

Three simple stages, all below ground.

From scoop to soil — here's what happens inside The Doggie Pawty.

Stage 1

Add Water & Waste

Install the Doggie Pawty chamber in a suitable location underground. Open the lid, add water to the recommended level, deposit collected dog waste, and add the recommended bacterial/enzyme treatment. Close the lid to begin the decomposition process.

  • Add water to the recommended level
  • Deposit collected dog waste
  • Add the bacterial/enzyme treatment
  • Close the lid

Stage 2

Natural Decomposition

The biological treatment helps break down organic waste inside the chamber. Remaining solids settle while liquid and solids undergo different stages of decomposition.

  • Treatment helps break down organic waste
  • Liquid separates above settled solids

Water Addition & Liquid Release

Additional water raises the liquid level and allows liquid to move through the system's designed outlet into the surrounding ground.

  • Add water to raise the liquid level
  • Liquid moves through the designed outlet

Before you install

Appropriate installation, soil suitability, and local regulations must be considered. Check with your local authority before installing near wells, waterways, or in areas with specific waste or groundwater rules.

Installation overview

  1. Choose a suitable spot, considering soil type and local regulations.
  2. Dig a suitably sized hole dimensions TBC
  3. Set the chamber so the main body sits below the soil line.
  4. Backfill around the unit and make sure the lid opens freely.

Maintenance

  • Water amount per use: to be confirmed
  • Treatment dosage: to be confirmed
  • Maintenance interval: to be confirmed
  • Keep the lid closed between uses.
